Commanding breathtaking views across uninterrupted open views over the South Tyne valley nestles this beautifully converted chapel that now provides unique self catering holiday accommodation. Originally built in 1883 as a Wesleyan Chapel in the picture perfect hamlet of East Coanwood this detached property has been sympathetically restored with many interesting features retained. Most of the accommodation is conveniently on ground floor level making it easily accessible for all. What was once the Sunday school room is now a spacious sitting room with ample seating and a cosy wood burning stove; idyllic to snuggle in front of and watch the flames dance after a day exploring the stunning vistas that surround Coanwood Old Chapel. The original Sunday school lectern is a lovely feature and where arched glass doors lead to a fully enclosed garden; perfect for children and pets at play. There is a patio area; idyllic to dine alfresco and enjoy the peace and tranquility that affords Coanwood Old Chapel. The dining kitchen is particularly well equipped and there are three immaculately presented bedrooms along with a fresh bathroom, additional cloakroom and spacious utility area all on the ground floor too. A second living space on the first floor provides an additional area for relaxation with comfortable seating and an additional single bed. There is ample indoor entertainment here too including a football table!
