The accommodation is all on first floor level. The living area is particularly spacious and bright having three sash windows with picturesque side views of St Ebba's Church. There is a 42" wall mounted plasma screen TV within the open plan living space and the  airy bedroom also has a wall mounted TV and en suite facilities which include a luxurious steam shower with jets for the ultimate water massage!

Property is all on first floor level has electric heating and comprises:

Open Plan Lounge/Dining Area: Large comfortable luxury sofa,with 42" wall mounted plasma screen TV (Sky) and  a DVD player with a range of DVDs

Kitchen Area: Granite worktops, stone tiles,with electric oven and hob, integrated microwave, integrated fridge with ice box and slim line integrated dishwasher.

Bedroom: With king size bed 26" wall mounted plasma screen TV (Sky), leading to en suite facilities with steam shower cubicle, WC, bidet and wash basin.

All electricity, bed linen and towels included. Shared use of laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
