Enclosed garden with patio area and outdoor furniture for private use. Shared use of enclosed meadows which lead from the property with a rarely used public footpath running through and where dogs should be kept on a lead due to farm stock grazing in adjacent fields. Dog cage available if required.Dogs not allowed in bedrooms or upstairs. Off road parking for 4 + cars.#
