There is restricted headroom above the bath and there also is an immaculate double walk in shower room on the ground floor of the owner’s home available if required.
The property is immaculately presented throughout and the award-winning water garden has three individual relaxing/eating areas to enjoy dining alfresco whilst enjoying the pond life and waterfalls. The traditional fishing village of Amble, known locally as ’the friendliest port’ is only 3 miles north where fishing and boat trips to Coquet Island can be arranged. 9 miles south is the ancient market town of Morpeth, where the river Wansbeck winds its way behind the town’s shopping area which offers a wide range of facilities. Alnwick Castle (used as the location of Harry Potter’s Hogwarts) has outstanding Gardens created by the Duchess of Northumberland, which includes a lovely woodland walk, a grand cascade waterfall and a restaurant within the largest tree house in Europe. Alnwick can be found by taking the beautiful coastal road heading north from the lodge.
