First Floor
Bedroom 1: With kingsize 4 poster bed and ensuite shower over bath, W.C. and basin.
Bedroom 2: With king size sleigh bed and ensuite shower over bath, W.C. and basin.
Bedroom 3: With kingsize 4 poster bed.
Bedroom 4: With kingsize 4 poster bed.
Bedroom 5: With twin beds.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, W.C. and wash basin.

Bedrooms 6 and 7 are in a separate adjacent building and each has separate access and night storage heaters.

Bedroom 7: With double bed and ensuite shower over bath, W.C. and wash basin.
All electric, gas and bed linen provided. Cot and high chair available. 2 dogs welcome, to be kept in the kitchen and utility area’.
Outside: ¾ acre of grounds with seating and bbq. Parking for 10 cars.
