Description
Warren Bank is a substantial, period country house, ½ mile from Brampton town centre. It comfortably accommodates 3 families or large groups, with excellent facilities including 5 bathrooms and a games room. Brampton lies 10 miles to the east of Carlisle, it boasts a good variety of pubs, shops, restaurants and several golf courses and is ideally placed for walking in the Pennine Hills and Scottish Borders

Ground Floor
Lounge: With LCD TV with freeview, DVD, CD radio and open fire (initial supply of fuel provided).
Dining room: With gas fire.
Study/Games room: With pool table, games and gas fire.
Kitchen: With Aga (for winter use only), electric cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave. Boot room: With drying rack. Separate WC and wash basin.
First Floor

Bedroom 1: With kingsize 4 poster bed and ensuite shower over bath, W.C. and basin.

Bedroom 2: With king size sleigh bed and ensuite shower over bath, W.C. and basin.

Bedroom 3: With kingsize 4 poster bed.

Bedroom 4: With kingsize 4 poster bed.

Bedroom 5: With twin beds.

Bathroom: With shower over bath, W.C. and wash basin.

Separate W.C.

Bedrooms 6 and 7 are in a separate adjacent building and each has separate access and night storage heaters.

Bedroom 6: With disabled access, twin beds, one electrically operated and ensuite shower over bath , W.C. and wash basin.

All electric, gas and bed linen provided. Cot and high chair available. 2 dogs welcome, to be kept in the kitchen and utility area’.
